Our newest program here at the U. This program is specifically designed for younger athletes(mainly football, but any sport can participate) to help increase; coordination, enhance and promote proper body movement and running techniques, help prevent injuries, and increase strength. All in a fun, friendly and motivating environment! Whether you’re a football player, hockey player, boy, girl or just looking for some fun, the certified coaches here at Pro Player U are here to help!
